This privacy policy applies to the website aro-clean.ch of LON GmbH (hereinafter «AroClean», «we» or «us»). We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

3. Contact form, email and phone

When you contact us via the form, by email or by phone, we process the information you provide: name, phone number and/or email address, location, requested service and the content of your message. Information from the form is sent by email to info@aro-clean.ch. Only the owner has access to it.

We use this data only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out an assignment. We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising purposes.

4. Hosting and server log files

The website and the form are operated by Swizzonic AG in Switzerland. When you visit the website, the server stores technically necessary information such as IP address, date and time, the page accessed, browser type and operating system. This information serves the secure operation of the website and is not combined with other data.

5. Cookies, analytics and fonts

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies or any tracking services. Fonts and images are loaded directly from our own server; no data is transferred to third parties. Your choice in the cookie notice is stored only in your browser.

6. WhatsApp

If you click a WhatsApp link, you leave our website. Communication via WhatsApp is subject to the privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.). Data may also be transferred to the USA. If you do not want this, please contact us by phone, email or form.

7. Disclosure of data

We only disclose personal data if this is necessary to carry out your assignment, if we are legally obliged to do so or if you have given your consent. Apart from the case under section 6, your data is not transferred abroad.

8. Retention period

We keep enquiries for as long as necessary for processing and possible further cooperation. We keep records of assignments for as long as statutory retention obligations apply (usually ten years). On request, we delete your data earlier unless a legal obligation prevents this.

9. Data security

The website is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS). We take appropriate measures against unauthorised access and loss. However, transmission by email is never completely secure.

10. Your rights

You can request information about your data, request its correction or deletion and object to its processing. Please write to us at info@aro-clean.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We may amend this privacy policy. The version published on this website applies.
